岗位名称: 项目采购
1. 岗位目的/范围：
负责项目阶段采购端外购件的开发工作；
2. 具体职责：
1）计划和协调新项目外购件开发活动，对接项目经理处理项目团队采购相关问题确认.(项目用量，BOM表外购件清单，内部Milestone节点等.)；
2）根据全球采购准则，负责RFQ过程（如选择合格供应商，或符合材料组的可替代供应商）；
3）报价分析以确保BOM 成本竞争力；
4）安排供应商同Huf相关职能部门的技术澄清会；
5）发起并准备Sourcing Board.(中国区以及总部定点大会)；
6）下发手工样件/FOT 样件，并跟踪样件到位，确保满足项目时间节点；
7）支持SQD完成供应商的APQP活动；
8）SOP后项目相关信息移交批量生产（包含project tracker, 新零件的价格协议，模具合同，提名信）。

1. Job Purpose/Scope：
Fulfillment of the development of outsourced parts；


2. Detailed Responsibilities：
1) Carry out sourcing activities based on timing of the project. Coordinate with project team members collecting all project related information. (Project information, BOM, Milestones etc.);
2) Responsible for RFQ process according to global sourcing rules (i.e. existing portfolio suppliers OR request alternative suppliers for use in project in alignment with Material Group Management);

本科及以上学历，机械、外语、电子背景或汽车相关专业领域优先。
4. 工作经验/知识/技巧/其他
1) 诚实守信，良好的沟通/协作能力，能出差；
2) 具有良好的电脑操作能力，熟练使用微软办公软件，尤其是Excel软件；
3) 流利的英语口语和书写能力，>CET6，具备一定德语能力者优先；

3. Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, foreign language, engineering in mechanical or electrical or automotive related is preferred.

4. Experience/Knowledge/Skills /Others
1) Good integrity, honest and good communication/ collaboration skills, Willing to travel;
2) Excellent knowledge of computer, Microsoft office skill, especially of Excel;
3) Good communication skills in English(>CET6), both speaking and writing. German language is preferred;
