1、掌握高低压配电设备知识，仪器仪表知识，PLC自动化知识。Master the knowledge of high and low voltage distribution equipment, instruments and meters, and PLC automation of plant.

2、协助电气经理实施维修计划。Assist manager to implement the plan.

3、辅助实施PLC自动化及仪表系统相关工作的实行和指导。Assist in implementation and guidance of PLC automation and instrument system.

4、为电气设备准备和翻译说明书、图纸和使用注意事项。协助维护车间自动化通信技术设备和网络。Prepare and translate instructions, drawings and precautions for electrical equipment. Assist in Maintain plant automation and Intranet .

5、协助发展工业4.0的实施。Assist in developing and implementing of industry 4.0 .

6、协助车间维修工作审计工作的准备及整改工作的执行和跟踪。Assist in the preparation of workshop maintenance audit work preparation and the implementation of action plan.

1、较强责任心，团队精神，吃苦耐劳，良好的沟通和协作能力。Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, hard-working, good communication and cooperation ability.

2、电气及自动化专业本科以上学历，应届毕业生或1-2年相关工作经验人员。Bachelor’s degree or above (in electrical engineering, automation technology),fresh graduates or 1-2 years of work experience.

3、有识别、分析和解决问题的能力。Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.

4、良好的口沟通协调能力和写作能力。Good communication and writing skills.
